When sorting by Status, reopened bugs are shown after closed bugs. I think closed bugs should be at the end of the list. The order should probably be Confirmed, Assigned, Reopened, Unconfirmed, Closed. (version 1.1.4)

This is dependent on the display order set in the administration panel (Bugdar -> Administration -> Fields -> Statuses). Then just go through and change the display order option on each of the individual statuses. The reason why they're ordered the way they are is because of the (theoretical) order in which you'd use them on an actual bug report. I don't think I'll be changing the defaults, but you're more than welcome to change them yourself.
