Only if it's a good one. Most of the time, Captcha's are either way to easy or way to hard and even humans can't figure them out.

I'd really prefer something simple like a play on words, e.g. what is too plus for? 6. That makes it more accesible, too.

Please consider using the ReCaptcha project as it meets the needs of most sites, is configurable, and has audio capabilities.
