I'm not sure if this is intentional, a bug, or I'm just missing something. I've set my time zone to GMT -5, and it seems like it does not take DST into consideration. Very trivial, but if you want it to be perfect. . .

It doesn't. I can look into adding a DST switch, but I don't think I'll add auto-detection.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been closed and fixed in Subversion. This change will be available in a future release, but you can download the change at any time from the Subversion server.
