I've configured Bugdar so that only registered members can add new bugs. But it's quite unclear to unregistered visitors that they have to register + log in in order to submit a new bug.
It therefor would be nice if somewhere (maybe below the daytime in the header) an alert appears to notify people of this. (like www.inventionz.net/bugdar)

I like that idea--I'll add it to the templates for 1.1.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been closed and fixed in Subversion. In a future release, this change will be available, but you can download the change at any time from the Subversion server.
